This is my favorite brand and there isn’t a flavor that tastes bad in my opinion! Great for fasting and any trying to increase their electrolyte intake.

The flavor and the ingredients are top notch. The qualities that made these staples for me are the packaging and the dissolvability. So many times “on the go pouches” like these in other products are not easily opened without wanting to use your teeth because the perforation is either absent on every other pack or simply isnt effective. NOT LMNT. These are so easy to tear open every time even with the packaging material itself being substantial. Then we have all encountered powered products that clump up even it you use a blender. LMNT is easy dissolve and is completely in solution with just a couple shakes even in cold water. It is a bit on the pricer side but then these are the extra elements that make a top quality product. I typically buy another brand of electrolytes in bulk to use when I am stationary and near a blender in order to stretch my electrolyte dollar. However, LMNT is truly the best if you are truly on the move and multitasking.

This is on my list for anyone going through the IVF process. Electrolytes are super important doing the stims phase before Egg Retrieval. I drank at least one of these a day when doing my stims in September of this year. But, I’ve been drinking these for a few years now, because they are also great for fasting and for Keto.
